About Wildmoor

Wildmoor is all about appreciating the simple things in life, and our shop reflects that. ​

Our soaps are handmade by us in small batches, with only the ingredients necessary to make a cleansing soap that's kind to the skin and smells amazing. No synthetics, just gentle and moisturising plant based oils, shea butter and clays derived from nature, packaged responsibly. 

​

Our fragrances pack a delicate punch, and we use only essential oils to scent the soaps. I'm pretty sensitive to very strong fragrances, so if you are too, you're in the right place! Feedback from customers show us that the soaps retain a particularly good scent for natural soaps, without being overpowering or too subtle.

​

We're based in Macclesfield, right on the edge of the Peak District and our name comes from a favourite spot where we love to blow away the cobwebs. 

​

In 2025 we're busy expanding our range to include household products by makers and brands that share our values. Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, our focus is on UK made, hand crafted,  fairly traded, with some carefully selected reclaimed vintage too.
